Dela Botri, of Hewale Sounds and Pan-African Orchestra, created Bakuye in order to bring a new style of music to Ghana and the rest of the world. It is modern Ghanaian music that builds on a rich musical history while moving forward. Traditional African instruments, rappers, and vocalists come together to create a sound that is urban, modern, and distinctly Ghanaian.
